hey Robert,

well, the HiPPO model is a hard one to turn.
Not impossible though with many, many 1-on-1 discussions with the stakeholders and decision-makers.
Although, sometimes it’s easier to go work for another company that’s more open for data-driven methods (or a smaller one that’s easier to “shape”.)
